SAP Consultant (FICO)

We’re searching for a SAP FICO Consultant to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS!

What will you do?

• Drive simplification / design workshops to gather requirements on programs or configurations, documentation and tests business solution in SAP/FICO application according to the functional and technical requirements.
• Prepares functional designs, system configuration, perform relevant testing and deployment of the assigned change requests based on user requirements analysis. 
• Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, support for development of business possibilities and for personal development. 
• Provide Key User Training to client trainers.
• Analyse, resolve, clarify and prevent issues and complete hypercare on time.
• Lead the project FICO substream to manage and execute workplan with offshore resources

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in SAP implementation projects
• Experience in at least 5 full life cycle implementation projects and end-to-end implementation projects (combination of RISE and Non-RISE)
• Well versed in business solution in SAP/FICO area, in both ECC and S/4HANA (including RISE)
• Knowledgeable and skilled in design & maintenance of SAP/FICO module and related sub modules (AR, AP, FM, AS, GL,PS,AM)
• Knowledgeable and skilled in design & maintenance of SAP Costing module
• Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards
• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box
• Customer focused
• Proficient in written and spoken English
