Responsibilities:

  • Assist WSH Manager to implement Company WSH Management System Plan.
  • Conduct island wide on-site inspections for contractors, generate inspection report and follow through with rectification till full closure.
  • Promote the safe conduct of work generally within work site 
  • Assist in compliance to WSH Risk Management Regulation 
  • Assist to manage WSH Management System Filing
  • Assist in Audit, Accident or Incident Investigation and Certification renewal
  • Assist to conduct WSH Committee Inspection or Premises Inspection 
  • Assist in Safety Promotional Event or Activities  
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor
  • To attend contractors’ mass tools box briefing periodically
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor

 

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Process Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) 
  • At least 3years relevant work experience and familiar with statutory requirements. 
  • Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2)
  • Process certification and /or knowledge on manhole or confined space will be added advantage
  • A team player and able to work independently
  • candidate must have class 3 driving license
