The Sales Commission Executive is responsible to ensure all commissions are accurately calculated in accordance with the commission schemes and paid out according to the agreed schedule. The role is required to provide excellent support to business units, maintains proper and up‑to‑date documentation of operational processes and procedures, communicates and shares commission updates or payout results with analysis to the respective BUs, and supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Make an Impact by:
- To process Sales Partners’ Activation Incentive (AI) & Marketing Support Fund (MSF) and other Sales Commission & Incentives accurately and timely.
- To verify, investigate, analyse root causes and resolve disputes / claims raised by Channel Sales, Sales Agents and Sales Partners.
- To prepare AI & MSF payment summary, payment requisition and raise Service Entry & Service Order in Global Trading Post (GTP) for approval.
- To liaise with Order Processing Team, Sales Teams, Finance, Sales Partners and Other Support Teams in clarifying / rectifying sales claims that were rejected and raised as discrepancy claims.
- To update and maintain all payout records, master data files and do backup to keep track on all such info in our Commission folders.
- To ensure documentation on operation processes & procedures are properly updated, maintained and available for use.
- To ensure proper housekeeping of documents for reference and audit purposes.
- To review current processes & participate in contributing ideas / suggestions for improvement.
- To assist Team Leader or Team Member in providing Sales Partners’ commission data trend as and when required from other Departments.
- To Support UAT activities.
- Perform other related tasks or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills for Success:
- At least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Sales computing or Billing.
- Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (Vlookup and Pivot Table), Powerpoint with good analytical skills.
- Prior working experience in UAT or system testing.
- Has good inter-personal, communication skill & good work attitude.
- Great attention to detail and numbers.
- Well rounded candidate; able to work independently and as a team player.
- Working experience in IT background and system testing experience using VBA and Macros, RPA or Python will be highly advantageous.
