Job Description

1. Drive Dash Mobile Remittance and Prepaid sales to achieve monthly target
2. Engage customers to introduce Dash and Prepaid, close sales and generate new leads
3. Build customers confident to use our service aligned with overall business objectives
4. Delight customers with excellent customer service and assist with post sales enquiries
5. Adhere to any and all company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Any other duties that are assigned by Supervisor from time to time
• Min ‘N’ Levels
• Min 1 year sales, retail or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technology Savvy
• Lively, energetic and positive thinking individual
• Committed to deliver sales results
• Passion for customer service and ability to build rapport with customers
• Good working attitude and a team player
• Prepared to work retail hours and roadshows including weekends and public holidays
