About the role:

The Sales Enablement Program Manager is responsible for supporting the rollout and monitoring of key sales improvement programs across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

As part of the NCS Growth & Sales Centre of Excellence, the Sales Enablement Manager works with the Sales Enablement Lead in the development and implementation of sales improvement programs across Asia Pacific.

 

 

These programs are designed to develop employees under the NCS Sales Career Framework from new graduate right through to our experience Sales Leaders and additionally bring sales best practices to improve our client proposal and win rates.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the Growth & Sales CoE Homepage, working with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content remains up to date and build new pages for new content areas.
  • Manage the schedule, content and post-session wrap ups for Growth & Sales CoE Community events and newsletters.
  • Support a variety of account sales workshops, scheduling of sessions, notes and actions and providing of best practices and templates to support workshop agenda.
  • Support sales training and enablement programs initiatives working with the NCS Learning & Development team. Work with Sales Subject Matter Experts to create new course content as required and work with third party vendors for external content to fulfill sales training needs.
  • Support business process redesign and change management as part of our CRM transformation project across sales and marketing.
  • Ensure aligned change management is in place across process, tools, training and communications for Sales Enablement programs.
  • Oversee junior Sales Enablement team members acting as career advisor and managing team performance.
  • Design and deploy dynamic program status reporting to bring together a view of progress of Sales Programs for C-Level consumption.

 

 

About you:

  • Extensive experience working in a multi-region Technology, Consulting or B2B sales environment.
  • Experience in overseeing a geographically dispersed team.
  • Experience in the face-to-face facilitation of sales training events and programs
  • Strong project management skills with experience in being hands on in developing and delivering concurrent sales improvement programs
  • Experience in the process design, change management and rollout of a CRM across an organisation.
  • Experience in working across geographically dispersed workforce.
  • Strong SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Exposure to win strategy development best practices and understanding of sales operational process’.
