Summary
The Sales Effectiveness Senior Manager is responsible for deploying and monitoring sales effectiveness programs across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
The Sales Effectiveness Senior Manager works collaboratively with the Head of Operations, Sales Effectiveness Lead and Growth & Strategy to implement and drive sales initiatives and capability throughout the organisation.
As part of the broader NCS APAC Sales Effectiveness team, the Sales Effectiveness Senior Manager reports to the Sales Effectiveness Lead and is part of the broader Operations team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales Effectiveness Lead to develop the overall Sales Methodology in line with the overall sales transformation program.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to design, deployment and ongoing management of key sales effectiveness programs across the organisation.
  • Work with senior leadership to identify business needs, develop proposed programs, and deploy them within the organisation.
  • Develop and enhance training materials and conduct internal training to increase competencies and awareness of sales best practices.
  • Work with client and deal teams to coach and advise of sales best practices, tools and training.
  • Assist to define and deploy sales campaigns, and track for impact and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales analytics to understand areas with sales, pricing or pipeline pressures, work with respective leadership to deploy appropriate sales programs to address.
  • Act as a trusted advisor with ability to engage senior leadership in different settings including running workshops, focus group discussions, presentation of key findings etc.

 

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Degree in IT or Business discipline
  • 10+ years’ experience working in a multi-region Technology, Technology, Consulting or B2B sales environment.
  • Experience in the design and deployment of sales methodology best practices and the implementation of these through technology.
  • Excellent organisational and change management skills to plan and manage large scale change across a diverse region.
  • Exposure to win strategy development best practices and experience in coaching client account and deal teams.
  • Experience in structuring and leading workshops leveraging design thinking.
  • Experience in the design and management of sales capability and training programs across a disperse region.
