We are looking for a highly motivated individual that has proven track record to take on leadership position as Sales Lead with Client Service Unit. Join us as Sales Lead, Health & Transport (Regional) and create your own success story by making a difference at many levels.

 

Position summary:

As a Sales Lead, you drive the sales strategy for the key client’s account as defined by the Client Service Unit for the Healthcare sector in the Healthcare and Transport. You will also help to shape opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and NCS competitive advantage of the business, leveraging from your industrial knowledge and consulting experience. This includes taking actions designed to create demand, coordinating the sales process, focusing on efficient spend of business development dollars, working collaboratively to shape and close deals, and personally providing oversight for the key account’s most critical and/or complex opportunities. One area of focus for the role is to drive cross Line of Business sales or specific Line of Business sales at the account level.

 

It is important that you develop good relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at key client’s account; protect and grow the business. You will be accountable for any big-win deal of the key client’s account as well as act as the point of contact for key client on all sales related matters.

 

Other key responsibilities include

  • Drives and shapes sales strategy and opportunity coverage plan for the accounts within the Healthcare sector
  • Drives domain-led (Consultancy, Systems Integration or Network Integration) sales and proactively create demand within the Healthcare sector
  • Shapes and close deals by building negotiation or influencing strategies and positions based on detailed understanding of all parties’ positions within wider system of influence in play
  • Coordinates the sales process within the account
  • Work with Client Service Lead and Client Delivery Lead on strategic sales and craft major deals
  • Work with the Sales Team to drive on time submission of proposal for qualified deals
  • Manage business development efficiency related to deals in the account
  • Work collaboratively with the Client Service Lead and Line of Business Leads to create differentiated service offerings to the client
  • Drive cross-Line of Business services sales within the account, defining sales strategies, capabilities and references to support the expansion of application maintenance and managed services of Infrastructure
  • Work with Lines of Business to continue to address shifts from Infrastructure to Applications, Engineering, Digital and AI-led business services
  • Provide oversight for the account’s most critical and/or complex opportunities:
  • Lead negotiations
  • Contribute to management of client expectations by setting the initial expectations effectively
  • Close the loop by providing feedback to service and/or product offering teams around competitive intelligence and product/service innovation

 

 

The ideal profile should have / be:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree - Technical/Engineering Degree a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of selling/business development experience in IT or ICT services industry with 5 years or more sales experience focusing on key account industry. Consulting Practitioner background preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and consistent success closing individual deals
  • Ability to strategize sales strategy; articulate and present a compelling value proposition
  • Good sales acumen with proven track record of prospecting, qualifying leads and assessing client’s needs
  • Technical acumen blended with ability to communicate business value           
  • Excellent communication skills including presentation abilities
  • Understand social style techniques and apply these to manage stakeholders
