Role & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide direction for our clients in key accounts to meet their critical business needs. You are required to look at the business models together with the technical architecture solutions.

Working closely with the client’s senior management team to recommend and participate in their long term IT strategic direction discussion to ensure client’s Enterprise IT architecture objectives are aligned with their enterprise’s long term business objectives.

You are required to participate in activities related to the client’s enterprise technology and governance strategies, policies and standards implementation. Lead a sizable account in the architecture solution optimization to ensure client’s business case can be met and work across the LOBs that is aligned to Business, Application, Information & Technology for the development and maintenance of the EA for key accounts. In addition, also lead or participate in enterprise governance committee to ensure business, security and technology requirements are align with enterprise standards and policies.

In managing customer’s experience, you need to effectively engage the respective stakeholders, execute and anticipate customers’ expectation to build the long-term customer relationships.

The ideal profile should have / be:

  • At least 15 years’ experience with substantial project work in software design & development
  • Strong technical experience in system / applications architecture design for mega projects; preferably with prior experience in reference architecture definition
  • Possess experience in optimizing the architecture solution, deal shaping and can guide the presales team in client conversations to shape and drive key accounts’ opportunities and grow the business for the company.
  • Preferably with experience in working with business process re-engineering and IT solutioning, experienced with working on projects bringing together business & technology knowledge
  • Ability to articulate the technical concepts to a non-technical audience and influence and stakeholder manage the customer’s senior management team, including senior IT management from customer’s organization. Ability to think strategically, identify and understand business needs and translate them into strategic direction, plans and solutions
  • Excellent planning, influencing, and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative, excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and other interpersonal skills including persuasion techniques
