The Sales Support Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing order processing, handling billing tasks, and perform various administrative duties. Additionally, this role will involve participating in process and system improvement projects to enhance overall efficiency and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Make an Impact by

  • Order Processing: Assist the sales team with raising and processing orders accurately and efficiently.
     
  • Billing: Handle billing inquiries and tasks, ensuing timely and accurate invoicing and resolution of billing issues.
     
  • Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative duties, including preparing documentation, and maintaining records.
     
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process and system improvement projects, contributing ideas and supporting implementation to enhance operational efficiency.
     
  • Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries related to orders and billing, providing timely and accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
     
  • Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, order raising team, billing team, Operation teams, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs effectively.
     
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive records of orders, billing and client interactions. Generate and analyse reports to assist in decision making.
     
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of Singtel Nxera’s product offerings and stay updated on new features and enhancements.
     

Skills for Success

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
     
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer support, sales support, billing, or a related role.
     
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
     
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
     
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
     
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
     
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
     
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
     
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
