We are expanding our Enterprise Sales team and looking for a dynamic Sales Support Executive with a relentless focus on assisting sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team, work with cutting-edge technologies, and engage with top-tier clients across key industries.

 

What will you do?

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Identify potential clients through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound prospecting.
  • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making timelines.

Client Engagement and Sales:

  • Contact prospects via phone, email, and online meetings to present IT solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Handle objections effectively and negotiate to close sales.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain and update CRM software with accurate lead and opportunity information.
  • Track and report sales metrics, including conversion rates and revenue targets.

Product and Services Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s IT products and services, such as software solutions, hardware offerings, cloud services, or cybersecurity.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead-generation strategies.
  • Partner with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.

 

The Ideal Candidate should possess:

  • University Degree/ Polytechnic Diploma in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • Preferably 2+ years in inside sales/sales support, in IT or technology-related industries
  • Familiarity with IT products, software, cloud services, or enterprise solutions is a plus.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Dynamic and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity.
