Make an Impact by:
- Preparing standard quote generation (including PSR) for customers.
- Preparing GSDT and all other required documents to raise orders.
- Updating the master tracker.
- Raising QH Underlay.
- Preparing deployment tasks for site onboarding.
- Managing commercial process documentation and acting as the librarian for these resources.
- Handling billing administration.
- Managing invoicing error reports and exception management.
- Preparing yearly/monthly forecasts to ensure SLA compliance.
- Providing information and documentation to the Commercial Manager upon request.
Skills for Success:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good excel skills and communications skills.
- Experience in an ICT environment preferred.
