Security Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day security operations of Singtel’s GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), ensuring that all physical and infrastructure security controls are implemented and operated in accordance with regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate security operations to maintain a secure, resilient, and compliant GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) environment, safeguarding critical GPU infrastructure, facilities, and assets. You will work closely with internal teams and external security vendors to ensure that security services consistently meet defined service levels, statutory obligations, and industry best practices.
You will also act as a key point of coordination for security-related activities across Singtel’s GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS), partnering with operations, engineering, and management teams to support security planning, audits, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring effective vendor governance and operational discipline across all security domains.

- Ensure all security activities meet applicable legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements relevant to GPUaaS and data centre operations
- Manage security maintenance works to ensure completion within time and cost objectives without impact to GPUaaS service availability or customer workloads
- Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance measures are implemented for continual improvement of security systems protecting GPUaaS infrastructure, facilities, and assets
- Be responsible for ensuring the quality of security maintenance services remains consistent and of a high standard supporting GPUaaS operational and compliance requirements
- Plan, schedule, manage, and oversee maintenance and repair works for security systems supporting GPUaaS platforms and associated data centre infrastructure
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved Method Statements/Procedures and defined maintenance regimes
- Ensure proper documentation of all preventive and corrective maintenance records, including service reports and vendor checklists, to support audits related to GPUaaS security and compliance
- Develop, review, and ensure standard maintenance procedures are kept up to date with industry best practices applicable to GPUaaS and mission-critical infrastructure, with proper documentation of all procedures
- Review business processes and policies underpinning GPUaaS security systems, identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and optimising operational effectiveness
- Support the secure operation of GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) platforms by ensuring alignment between physical security controls, infrastructure security requirements, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure security considerations are embedded into GPUaaS service delivery, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate daily with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to contracted SLAs across GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) facilities and environments
- Manage and oversee internal and external security stakeholders, monitoring performance and ensuring effective governance and enforcement of security-related obligations supporting GPUaaS services
- Ensure that internal teams and external partners perform security maintenance activities safely and effectively, with strong emphasis on human error avoidance, particularly in mission-critical GPUaaS operational environments
Skills for Success
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Security studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 Years Mission Critical Security Facilities, Law enforcement agency or security industry, with at least 2 years of experience handling security systems and/or infrastructure
- Proven technical knowledge and experience in implementing security systems to monitor critical infrastructures
- Able to read & understand security architecture/topology system drawing
- Knowledge and trained in TVRA (Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessment)
- Independent, motivated, committed, and hands-on with good communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts calmly
- Ability to effectively respond to all issues, complex enquiries or complaints from customers, users and/or higher management
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Desirable qualifications
- Experience securing GPU infrastructure and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) environments
- Strong capability in complex security-related problem solving, with a proactive approach to risk identification, mitigation, and continuous improvement of security operations
- Knowledge of data protection and security controls related to storage technologies, including access control, data integrity, and protection of sensitive workloads
- Experience with security monitoring and control of GPU and GPU infrastructure, including physical security systems, infrastructure protection, and security incident response
- Understanding of GPU cluster architectures and AI/HPC environments sufficient to assess security risks related to GPU-based systems
