Position Summary

We are looking for a competent Segment Marketing Manager to join our team. The B2B segment marketing manager drives the growth of Voice & Collaboration portfolio revenue and market share in the SME market. The role involves gaining a thorough understanding of the products and services, keeping abreast of the competitive landscape and technology trends, developing, and implementing end to end marketing programs to acquire new customers and cross-sell to or retain existing customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse customer profile and keep abreast of competitive landscape and technology trends to develop targeted marketing campaigns covering Unified Communications (UC), Business Communications such as ISDN, SIP Trunking, Fixed Lines, as well as Conferencing and Collaboration solutions.

• Initiate and launch marketing programs to acquire new customers, cross-sell to and retain existing customers to increase revenue and market share.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Houses, Customer Care, IT and Marketing Communications to identify target segments and launch campaigns.

• Manage the day-to-day marketing efforts from campaign ideation to execution and reporting.

• Various other duties, projects and responsibilities may fall under this role as and when needed.

 

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or Marketing

• At least 3 years of marketing experience in FMCG, hi-tech companies or telcos

• High proficiency in database analysis and MS Excel skill, and is meticulous with details

• Strong in problem solving and good interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under stress in a fast paced and dynamic environment
