The B2B marketing manager is responsible to develop marketing strategies and retention programs to the SMB customers to retain customers, reduce churn, and drive ARPU increase. Specifically, the role will oversee the overall SingNet customer retention journey including communicating with customers at different stages of their contract, develop retention offers, implement upsell opportunities and work cross-functionally with different internal team to identify opportunities and implement initiatives that drive engagement with our current subscriber base.

 

The main job responsibilities includes:

  • Responsible for SN Evolve & Elite in the SME segment : 
    • SN eVolve & eLite Revenue target
    • Recon driver target
    • Churn rate
  • Support the team to meet the overall SingNet Revenue
  • Manage the day-to-day retention marketing efforts from campaign ideation through execution and reporting. 
  • Develop and execute customer retention strategies across both online and offline media including identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities with in-base recontracting / upselling programs
  • Analyse customer profile and keep abreast of competitive landscape & technology trends to develop targeted marketing campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with Partners & Product House to identify target segments, product positioning, pricing and packaging.
  • Identify trends and opportunities; and optimise marketing spend based on insights

 

The successful candidate should possess: 

  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field      
  • Relevant working experience in a sales / marketing environment. Preferably in telco environment 
  • Experience in Go-to-Market strategy to drive lead generation & sales 
  • Proficient in MS Office like  MS Excel Skill, Powerpoint Skill, Advanced MS Excel Skill
  • Possess strong analytical skill and good project management experience
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and meticulous in details 
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
