This position reports to the Manager, Accounts Payable (AP) and works with offshore AP team, users/teams across Singtel & NCS and vendors. The incumbent will be exposed to various AP functions and be responsible for day-to-day activities in the areas of invoice/ payment processing, journal entries posting and reconciliation.

Make an Impact by:

• Maintenance and administration of GIRO via Power Automate
• Monitoring and follow up on NCS Group GIRO payment
• Processing of new application/ termination of GIRO arrangements
• Performance of intercompany reconciliations between Singtel entities
• Reviewing of vendor reconciliation performed by offshore inclusive of accrual posting
• Preparation of audit schedules for NCS Group entities
• Review of balance sheet schedules performed by offshore team for NCS Group entities
• Adjustment to ensure correctness of GRIR report to ledger
• Supporting as paying party assistant in Interco Automation Program

Skills for Success: 

• At least a Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable function
• Basic knowledge in accounting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Verbal Communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Good time management and detail oriented
• Experience in prioritizing tasks in order to meet deadlines.
• Meticulous and efficient to manage high volume of transactions
• Analytical Skills
