What will your typical day look like?

  • To efficiently managed front office operations and ensure a pleasant experience for external guests.
  • Handle guests’ inquiries and provide prompt responses and assistance.
  • Administration and registration of visitors and contractors’ details upon entry including directing them to meeting rooms, informing colleagues on the arrival of their visitors.
  • Manage walk-in complaints and work with Customer Relations team to handle difficult customers.
  • Inform respective line administrative staff on any delivery for business VP.
  • Manage newsroom mailbox.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.

 

Is this you?

  • Minimum GCE O level
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Administration and Receptionist duties
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Result and client-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to quickly resolve customer complaints and other issues that may arise from time to time.
