As a Senior Analyst with Optus on a 12 month fixed term contract, you will step into a role that is crucial in driving the execution of our Customer First projects. What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of 

  • Coordinate program governance forums, ensuring effective logistics, agenda management, and documentation. 

  • Maintain and update RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) registers across initiatives. 

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to program leadership, including calendar coordination and document management. 

  • Support financial analysis, variance and driver analysis on operating and capital expenditure to drive improvement in planning and forecasting processes. 

  • Engage with senior stakeholders to embed governance within the field and ensure compliance across program deliverables. 

 

What You Bring | What makes you perfect for the role? 

  • Proven experience in complex program coordination, ideally within regulatory, compliance, or transformation environments. 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outstanding results. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude that seeks to resolve challenges. 

  • Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and senior leaders. 

  • Familiarity with program governance frameworks, and compliance documentation standards. 

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a process/program/project coordination or PMO role. 

  • Proficiency in collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence). 

  • Experience in SAP or similar program-based financial support tools and financial modelling/forecasting. 

  • Analytical problem solver with a disciplined approach to problem-solving and documentation. 

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
