Senior Assistant, Biz Delivery Support

Centre Admin (centre admin support) shall be responsible for the general administration and smooth running of office admin activities in the Business Unit (each Centre Admin will be tagged to selected centres/office floors).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for staff onboarding/offboarding process
  • Manage and liaise with vendors on maintenance of office equipment and supplies (eg. photocopiers, shredders)
  • Custodian of master key to pedestals and cabinets
  • Update monthly report on space allocation
  • Logistic co-ordination. This include checking/verification of documents, distribute incoming/outgoing mails and corporate items for staff (eg. lanyards, masks)
  • Update employee records, and logistic duties during company events
  • Co-ordination with users and provide timely response to queries/issues
  • Book meeting rooms and manage MS Outlook appointments scheduling for Project Directors (and above)
  • Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned

 

 

The ideal candidate should possess:

 

  • Proficient in written English and able to converse in English 
  • Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards
  • Proficient in using basic MS Office suite (eg. MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint)
  • Able to travel (between offices located in different parts of Singapore) as required
