Make an impact by:

• Responsible for the operations, maintenance and support of the TV platform across on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring service availability and operational stability.
• Monitor the performance, reliability and availability of TV platforms and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure continuous service availability.
• Support incident management activities, including fault isolation, troubleshooting and service restoration.
• Troubleshoot system issues using logs, syslogs, probes, scripts and diagnostic tools, and coordinate with vendors for escalation and resolution.
• Execute and validate change activities in accordance with approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs) prior to production implementation.
• Prepare and maintain MOPs, operational documentation and implementation records for change activities.
• Coordinate and perform vendor testing, System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and service rollouts.
• Perform shift duties, remote standby support and after-hours fault response when required.
• Prepare and maintain standby duty rosters to ensure adequate operational support coverage.
• Coordinate and assign resources for planned maintenance and change implementation activities.
• Maintain operational dashboards, reporting tools and service monitoring platforms to support operational visibility and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with OSS/BSS, network, security and other cross-functional teams to support testing, implementation and operational activities.

Skills for success:

• Knowledge of IPTV, OTT and video streaming technologies, including live and on-demand content delivery architectures.
• Understanding of video delivery platforms, including Origins, CDN, streaming protocols and content distribution workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and hybrid cloud architectures, including operational support of cloud-hosted applications and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems, virtualization and containerized environments.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI technologies, including the use of AI-powered tools to support operational analysis, automation and productivity improvement.
• Understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, multicast, load balancing and content delivery networks.
• Experience with monitoring, observability and troubleshooting tools, including log analysis, metrics, alerting and performance monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of incident, problem and change management processes within a 24x7 operational environment.
• Familiarity with telecom OSS/BSS systems and their integration with service platforms.
• Experience with automation, scripting and operational reporting tools such as Power BI, Python, Shell or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
