Make an Impact by:

  • Provide 24x7 support to corporate customers
  • Perform 24x7 shift duties and on standby on a need to basis
  • Customer fronting to interact & communicate with customers to understand their issues & resolve as per agreed SLAs
  • Handle Escalations from customers and other Singtel teams.
  • Work closely with various Singtel teams on Fault resolution and provide timely updates to customers
  • Work on Complex/technical incidents and follow all the necessary Incident processes as defined
  • Work with the Shift Manager/Operations Manager to review and improve operational processes for ease of operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Oversees problem and incident management systems. Participate in change management, incident review, and root cause analysis.
  • To handle incidents timely and meet Product SLAs
  • Consolidate Incidents summary at the end of the shift and hand it over to next shift

 

Skills for Success:

  • Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications or in relevant field.
  • Preferably with 1 year working experience in Technical Operation/Service Delivery.
  • Able to work during non-office hours (24/7 shift) to support network incidents and restoration.
  • Good working knowledge of PC applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the principles of IP addressing, address management, sub-netting and WAN & Ethernet technologies
  • Cisco Certified Advanced Network (CCNA) or its equivalent is highly advantageous
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communications skills.
