Make an Impact by:
Fibre & Circuit Service Delivery
- Manage the end-to-end provisioning of fibre-based products (MetroE, EthernetLink, ISDN, Giga-Wave, Elite, Evolve) and ensure all services are commissioned on or before the Customer Request Date (CRD).
- Track and follow up with contractors on daily implementation milestones: Site Survey, Underground (UG) cabling, In-Building (IB) cabling, patching, equipment installations.
Coordination & Operations
- Work closely with internal departments and external contractors to resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure timely closure of tasks (Site Survey, Patching, IB works, CPE installations)
- Conduct onsite support for circuit implementation and maintenance when required.
- Perform standby duties after office hours to support 24×7 maintenance operations.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary contact point for assigned customers, work orders, or projects.
- Conduct site surveys and brief corporate customers on service delivery needs.
- Manage customer issues, including SLA disputes and implementation queries.
- Handle escalations from internal teams, enterprise customers, and government agencies (e.g., IMDA).
Operational Coordination
- Liaise with upstream/downstream Singtel teams and contractors to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure contractors close Site Survey, Patching, In-Building, and CPE tasks in Singtel System ( eg: DFF and ESOM upon job completion.
- Verify contractor claims for your assigned zone.
- Support the Manager in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports.
Compliance & Process Improvement
- Ensure contractors adhere to SOPs and WHSA safety procedures.
- Report safety breaches or non-compliance with standard processes.
- Continuously review workflows and recommend operational improvements.
Systems & Standby Support
- Access and update information in systems such as DFF and ESOM.
- Perform after-office-hours standby duties to support 24×7 customer’s provisioning services
Skills for Success:
- Diploma in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience in fibre service delivery, enterprise network support, or project management is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight schedules.
- Experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Proactive, positive attitude with strong teamwork and coordination skills.
