Make an Impact

• Oversee the Managing Agent to ensure smooth day-to-day facilities and property management operations across Singtel premises.
• Monitor service delivery, maintenance works, and contractor performance to meet operational and service level standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure building, M&E systems, and facilities are maintained in a safe and operational condition.
• Review and manage maintenance schedules, repair works, statutory compliance, permits, and renewal of licenses and service contracts.
• Coordinate tendering, procurement, contract administration, and budget tracking in accordance with company policies.
• Verify work completion, service orders, invoices, and expenditure to ensure timely payment and financial compliance.
• Support operational planning, capital projects, and maintenance programmes, including CMMS administration.
• Manage tenant fit-out and renovation approvals, tenancy handovers, and ensure compliance with lease requirements.
• Oversee fire safety programmes, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Respond to operational incidents, escalate critical issues, and coordinate timely resolution with contractors and internal teams.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, tenants, and service providers to ensure high service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager/Manager (Facilities).

Skills for Success:  

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in building, facilities, or property maintenance management.
• Knowledge of workplace safety (WSH); Fire Safety Management certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive team player with strong ownership and a proactive, growth mindset.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
