Make an Impact by
- Reviewing existing best practices and processes for system acceptance testing and introduce preventive or optimized measures to improve the network quality and resiliency in a proactive manner.
- Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals and targets. Document and/or update policies and procedures to maximize output.
- Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of services. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions, business team and vendors.
- Support the review of system security, network architecture, policy documents, and user access and system activities on regular and timely basis.
- Perform and coordinate service recovery activity expeditiously in times of service disruptions to minimize service downtime and revenue loss.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors during incident management and to follow up with vendors/partners with root cause analysis and permanent solutions.
- Participate in BCP and/or Audit program initiatives as needed.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for customers and manage vendor for Level 3 & 4 technical support.
- Require to track all trouble tickets raised to external vendors/partners, as well as requests from internal stakeholders.
Skills for Success
- Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- With minimum 1 year working experience in the area of service operations will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel is required
- Meticulous, process and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skill
- Required to provide remote support for any ad-hoc business and marketing events, and important festive
- occasions (if any).
- A good understanding of the following areas will be advantageous
- Backend operations
- Good knowledge of on payment systems and mobile wallets
- Use Mobile Application & Computer literacy
- Knowledge on KYM/KYC and AML/CFT will be a bonus
