As the Business Partner for Enterprises and Government (EAG) CFU, this role supports the EAG VP in driving business strategy and ensuring operational excellence. The position involves leading a team of three Business Planning Managers and providing coaching and guidance to enhance their performance and achieve strategic objectives.

 

Make an Impact by:

 

  • Strategic Planning and Budgeting:
    • Drive strategic business planning and budgeting exercises for EAG, including participating in syndication exercises with key product houses.
  • Business Targeting and Operations:
    • Implement effective business targeting strategies and oversee overall EAG business operations by leveraging insights from management reports and data analysis. Develop and test hypotheses for strategic decision-making across various subject areas
  • Financial Management:
    • Participate in the monthly closing process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial entries. Prepare monthly rolling forecasts, incorporating sensitivity analyses and scenario planning for ongoing business monitoring.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Engage in regular cadence reviews, such as funnel management, to ensure business visibility. Plan and coordinate interlocks with other business units to foster collaboration.
  • Management Reporting:
    • Drive timely and accurate management reporting, including Flash reporting, Trading Meetings, BPR, and management dashboards. Monitor GTM initiatives and utilize collaboration tools for seamless updates from the sales team to management.
  • Market and Trend Analysis:
    • Stay informed about key trends affecting the business, including developments in the enterprises and government sector and market environment changes specific to vertical industries.
  • Sales Commission Management:
    • Manage the sales commission process, operationalize the sales commission scheme, ensure data integrity, assist with sales inquiries, validate sales manual claims, and improve processes for efficiency and internal control.
  • Leading and Coaching a Team:
    • Overseeing and developing a team by providing guidance, motivation, and support. This involves managing team dynamics, addressing performance issues, setting clear goals, and fostering a collaborative environment, which are essential for achieving organizational objectives and ensuring team success.
  • Serving as the SPOC for the COIN Project:
    • Leading the transition from the legacy commission system to COIN, resulting in a reduction of manual work and minimizing the risk of human errors.
