As a Senior Analyst, you’ll be instrumental in building a robust regulatory compliance framework. Your work will drive governance excellence and deliver process improvements.
Your day to day will consist of
- Contribute to developing a comprehensive regulatory compliance, including policies, procedures, and controls, ensuring adherence to laws and industry standards.
- Identify, evaluate, report on, and track the organisation's conformity with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and mitigate risks.
- Assist in delivering compliance training programs on regulatory requirements.
- Identify and carry out process improvement with compliance processes.
- Undertake ad hoc analysis, projects, and tasks as required.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and mitigate compliance risks.
- Ability to proficiently put compliance frameworks into action and detect areas for process improvement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various collaborators and encourage a culture of compliance.
