Consultant, Experience-led Solutions (UX/UI)

  • Understand product specifications and user psychology;
  • Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback;
  • Create personas through user research and data;
  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success;
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs;
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability);
  • Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs;
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to Developers;
  • Demonstrate advanced experience in search-optimization of visual design and concept in interactive applications.
  • Visually integrate and enhance architecture, user interfaces and navigation to match technical specifications.
  • Present creative work to internal and client groups.


Project Management

  • Overall Project Planning for UX, which includes defining task, resource planning, timeline and delivery milestone;
  • A strong leader and highly conceptual thinker;
  • Communicate complex topics with clarity by using on your ability to inspire and persuade others;
  • Oversee status/initiative health, escalation/risk, and performance reporting for marketing campaigns, including working with external partners and internal tools.
  • Provide scheduled and adhoc status reports to cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Monitor schedules daily to ensure that work streams across several projects are staying on track
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners and stakeholders, to ensure transparency and enterprise visibility of the teams' progress, results and impact.
  • Works with User Experience Design Team and Development teams as necessary to ensure compliance with the Global Experience Language and Digital Experience Strategies.
  • Define, document, and implement end-to-end repeatable processes that help the Design System team plan, manage, and deliver parallel projects.
  • Establish workflow process and drive hand-off and approval process.
  • Direct and delegate to both agencies and internal individual contributors.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, this role is accountable and responsible for experience foundation initiatives from strategy through iterative delivery.
  • Must be able to function in a fast-paced collaborative environment and be able to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.

(C) Pre-Sales

  • Actively participate in new business proposal and/or presentations;
  • Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends;
  • Provide thought leadership to advance the digital channel.


The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum 5-8 years design experience with at least 4 years at an interactive/digital agency
  • Passion for delivering breakthrough, creative and engaging user experiences.
  • Demonstrated accomplishments in creative leadership, an understanding of social media, and experience designing for multiple platforms including mobile.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in web and email standards, design and technologies
  • Use extensive experience, creative talent, excellent management skills and strong leadership skills to inspire and direct a staff to produce the highest quality design conceptualizing and product development work.
  • Formal training in graphic design, typography, interaction design and/or visual communications.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and project management
  • Great attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills a must
