Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • The SAP GRC Project Consultant is responsible for timely follow-up (meet SLA targets) of all O&S support tickets assigned to GRC team to achieve the GRC objectives mentioned.
  • The SAP GRC Project Consultant assists in the realization of project deliverables and CR’s (Change Requests) related to GRC. This includes the realization of new roles or changes in existing roles, maintenance of SOD rules and mitigations in SAP GRC Access Control, extension or changes of GRC workflows and optimization of GRC related operating procedures.
  • The SAP GRC Project Consultant maintains good and intensive working relationships with the Solution Architect and all functional and Basis team members in the project. GRC tasks require involvement of these team members e.g. for design inputs for role changes, testing of role changes and deployment of role changes across the system landscape


The Ideal Candidate Should Have/Be

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years experience in SAP GRC module
  • The SAP GRC Project Consultant has good skills and experience in design and maintenance of SAP Authorizations in S/4 HANA (or ECC) and BW systems, using Profile Generator and user management transactions like SU01, SU10 and SU24.
  • In addition, skills and experience in SAP GRC Access Control modules ARA (Access Risk Analysis), ARM (Access Request Management) and EAM (Emergency Access Management) is required, preferably in release 12.0.
  • Furthermore, the SAP GRC Project Consultant is expected to have good communication skills, act as a team player and have the capability to effectively present and train solutions to peers in the project and to customer stakeholders
  • A flexible work attitude is required since he/she will need to switch frequently between tasks and priorities within the project, while managing expectations on delivery.
