  • Manage customer dispute and complicated/ escalated cases assigned from call centre.
  • Conduct investigation on disputes and escalated cases
  • Engage and provide advice/ resolution to customer
  • Handle repeated calls

 

The ideal candidate

  • Diploma in any discipline from a recognised institution
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Computer literate in MS applications
  • Mobile team: Knowledgeable in Mobile technology (e.g. Blackberry, iPhone and other Smart phones) is an added advantage.
  • Home team: Experience in multi-media technology: ADSL, Wifi & Fiber Broadband will be advantageous
  • Candidates without relevant experience but with a passion in customer service are welcome to apply
