Make an Impact by

• Expected to lead the communications and impact assessment of Group Cyber policies / standards changes across Singtel Singapore IT and Businesses and recommending on solutions to meet the requirements; lead the gap assessment of new and updated Cyber regulations from IMDA and CSA with Singtel IT and BUs and provide recommendations to meet the new requirements; and lead CIS and other industry standards (e.g. NIST, ISO, etc.) cyber maturity assessments including providing recommendations to move to target state.
• Lead the delivery of Security Risk and Control related initiatives and gap assessments against cyber industry standards, regulations, and policies / standards with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive and perform cyber controls assessment (such as CIS Controls) with different divisions to ensure effective security controls are in place to meet the requirements for the target level of maturity. Recommend corrective action, tracking remediation, and regularly reporting to Cyber & InfoSec Head and Singtel IT and BU SLTs.
• Lead and mentor various division security champions and partner with Group Cyber Resilience leads (Technology Compliance, Third Party Risk Management) to formulate action plans that complies with Singtel Standards and address Cyber risks inherent within Singtel Singapore.
• Manage and maintain the risk exception  / deviation and risk register with the support from security champions.

Skills for Success 

•  
• Tertiary education with Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, software, or computer engineering fields or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience related to information security practices particularly Governance, Risk and Compliance domains
• Strong experience in technology controls review and policy review
• Possess security certifications such as CISA/CRISC/CISSP
• Good understanding of information security principles such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS and CSA CCoP
• Good Knowledge in security architecture on cloud related, on-premises virtual infrastructure, containerised applications, network and database.
• Have good written communication and report writing skills
