Key Responsibilities

  • The key purpose of this role is to have DevOps mode of operation, blended with TMF Agile Ops & DevOps studies. ​
  • Deliver solutions that are flexible, extensible and meets functionality, operational and scalability requirements.
  • Work in collaboration with other teams to deliver initiatives align with the Singtel strategic journey.
  • Drive delivery of complex business initiatives.
  • Provide outstanding Customer Experience to internal and external stakeholders as well as building trust and working relationships across the entire Singtel Group IT organization.


The ideal candidate should possess

  • Tertiary education with Degree in Computer Science, IT, software or computer engineering fields or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on technical experience in the following
    • Coding: Dot Net, MVC, MSSQL Server, MS IIS, Web API, Web Services, Angular JS, jQuery, Java Script, Oracle DB, MySQL DB, HTML/JavaScript, Webservice SOAP/REST
    • CI/CD: Bamboo, Bitbucket, Nexus, Maven, Gradle
    • Testing: SoapUI, Selenium, SonarQube, JMeter
    • Process: JIRA, Confluence, SNOW
  • Expertise working in an agile/SCRUM/DevOps environment and is familiar with CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Experienced in managing multiple business stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles and industry standards
  • Experienced in delivering in a complex and high-pressure environment
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivery of quality services
  • Knowledge of telecommunication systems, technical and engineering concepts as well as business operations and processes. A thorough understanding of Applications Development and Delivery lifecycle as well as the enablement and convergence of Telecommunication Services.
  • Ability to keep abreast of the new technologies with a view of implementing them to increase productivity and efficiency of the organization.
  • Demonstrable background in the design, implementation, measurement and tracking of operational key performance indicators
  • Detailed understanding of the end-to-end software life cycle, operational and support procedures, and processes
  • Strong technical background with interest and motivation to self-learn to keep abreast to technology trend and tools.
