We’re looking for a Citrix Engineer to support and enhance our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment. Whether you’re a junior engineer looking to grow your career or a seasoned professional ready to take ownership of enterprise-level systems, we want to hear from you

 

Make an Impact by:

 

  • Support, manage, and improve Citrix VDI platforms to ensure performance, stability, and security.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 technical issues, collaborating closely with IT and end-user teams.

  • Perform system health checks, patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance.

  • Review, plan, and execute technology improvements and automation opportunities.

  • Handle service requests and incident management via ServiceNow.

  • Participate in problem resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Provide on-call support for critical issues when required

For Junior Engineers:

  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Basic understanding and at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Citrix, Virtualization, Windows Server, and Active Directory.

  • Interest in learning Citrix technologies and end-user computing.

  • Strong problem-solving attitude and willingness to grow

 

For Experienced / Senior Engineers:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience supporting Citrix VDI in large enterprise environments.

  • Skilled with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop 7.x, Citrix Workspace Virtual Apps and Desktops, and related platforms.

  • Working knowledge of VMware, NetScaler/ADC, Hyper-V, and Windows Server administration

  • Candidates with experience in VMWare Horizon will also be considered for this role.

  • Proven ability to manage complex incidents, implement improvements, and lead technical discussions.

  • Experience in automation or scripting will be an advantage
