We are on the look out for a highly skilled Senior Engineer, Identity & Access Management (IAM), where you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing enterprise identity, access governance, and privileged access management capabilities. You will contribute to the delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant IAM solutions across the organization, supporting identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, governance processes, integrations, and automation initiatives.
This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on IAM experience who are looking to broaden their expertise across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), automation, and enterprise security platforms. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk is highly valued and will be advantageous in supporting current and future IAM initiatives.

- Supporting and enhancing enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Managing identity lifecycle processes, including user onboarding, role changes, access provisioning, and access reviews.
- Supporting access governance, compliance, audit, and security control initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and improve secure access management solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IAM/PAM platform issues while driving continuous service improvements.
- Supporting application integrations, platform enhancements, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Managing privileged access processes and supporting PAM platform operations.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge resources.
- Contributing to process optimization, automation, and best practices that strengthen the organization's security posture.
Skills for Success:
- At least 4–5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Acces Management (PAM), or related cybersecurity disciplines.
- Experience supporting enterprise IAM/PAM platforms; SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning, role management, and compliance controls.
- Familiarity with application integrations, REST APIs, XML/JSON, and automation or scripting tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Java.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and SQL.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
