Make an Impact by:

• Provide on-site support in fiber network operations, troubleshooting, and rectification of fiber circuits.
• Take ownership of fiber splicing, termination, patching, and testing for all cable diversion works.
• Liaise with stakeholders and external parties to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Be on standby to attend to fiber cable faults related to fiber diversion works.
• Execute all access fiber cable works in the designated area following established operation procedures and engineering instructions.
• Assist stakeholders in meeting target handover dates for fiber cable projects.
• Liaise with internal parties to address fiber implementation issues.
• Utilize fiber equipment for fiber cable troubleshooting.
• Analyze situations and identify the best solutions to meet customers' needs.

Skills for Success:

• Nitec/Higher Nitec in Electronics Engineering/Telecommunications or in relevant field.

•  1 to 2 years of related working experience in fiber network operations.

• Effective time management skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and communicate with internal stakeholders.

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship.

• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
