  • Liaise with Account Manager for the Tender / RFQ/ RFP Pre-Sales support request – bid / no bid.
  • Assist in downloading tender documents by accessing the GeBiz hyperlink provided by Sales Ops or soft copy attachment in email provided by Account Manager
  • Provide the Pre-Sales support to Account Manager include duplicating and distributing of hard-copy tender document in control list; consolidating tender clarification list etc.
  • Assist in preparing the NDA for the authorized signatory and coordinate with GSS General Admin for the collection of tender document via courier services (where applicable)
  • Liaise with Account Manager for the tender proposal outline if the tender submission guideline does not state in the tender document.
  • Prepare Tender / RFP / RFQ proposal write-up templates in accordance to tender proposal outline
  • Act as Reminder to Account Manager for the arrangement of a refundable deposit by cross cheque to be accompanied in the tender submission before the tender closing date (where applicable)
  • Provide SLA to manage the returning of tender proposal write-ups for the formatting
  • Prepare the necessary administrative works for the proposal submission
  • Track and follow-up with Account Manager / proposal team for the returning of proposal write-up
  • Assist in formatting / compiling the tender proposal write-ups for the submission
  • Check and generate the formatted proposal write-ups into PDF version for the submission
  • Print the formatted proposal write-ups for the tender box submission
  • Assist in cutting CD for the soft copy Tender / RFP / RFQ  proposal submission
  • File the hard copy tender proposal with control, where applicable and storage the soft copy Tender / RFQ / RFP submission
