The Senior Executive – Procurement supports and drive key operational and coordination activities across procurement policy enablement, governance, and sustainability reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance, facilitating knowledge transfer, and supporting the Group’s sustainability agenda through structured data management, training coordination, reporting, and project support.

 

 

Make an Impact by:

 

1. Procurement Enablement & Governance 

  • Support the rollout and coordination of procurement policy training and train-the-trainer sessions for power users and procurement teams.
  • Act as the first line of support for procurement policy and process inquiries, providing clear guidance to business users and escalating when needed.
  • Conduct and support assurance checks, audit evidence gathering, and exclusion list reviews to strengthen governance.
  • Assist in the documentation of procurement processes and updates to SOPs in collaboration with policy owners and leadership.

2. Spend Analysis and Operations Reporting

  • Assist in Tactical Sourcing spend analysis and facilitating identification of low value spend consolidation and savings opportunities.
  • Assist in setting up of Procurement shared services reporting dashboard using Procurement data and support reporting of operational KPI metrics and performance.

 

3.  Procurement Project Support and Process Enhancement

  • Support procurement process transformation initiatives as assigned

 

 

Skills for Success

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in procurement operations, governance, sustainability reporting, or shared services
  • Proficiency with e-procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar systems; Familiarity with LMS platforms and sustainability reporting tools is a plus
  • Strong capabilities in data extraction, transformation, and accurate data entry
  • Good process workflow or policy documentation experience is an advantage
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
