The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing will be reporting to Associate Director, Digital Marketing. This role will play a pivotal role in enhancing NCS' online presence and user experience through the strategic management of our corporate website. With a focus on website management and SEO, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless operation, optimization and content relevance of the website. This role will contribute significantly to the overall effectiveness of the digital marketing efforts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Website Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of NCS corporate website.
    • Implement updates, improvements and optimisations to enhance user experience and achieve business objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content aligns with marketing and brand strategies.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, product information and updates.

 

  • SEO Strategy:
    • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search rankings. 
    • Work with agency to conduct regular keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices and develop SEO-friendly content for the website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency. 

 

  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Utilise analytics tools, including Advanced Google Analytics and Looker Studio, to track and analyse website performance metrics.
    • Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 

 

  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align website content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Collaborate with IT and web agency to implement technical updates and ensure a seamless user experience.
    • Project manage the implementation and improvement of corporate website and integration with other digital platforms (eg. salesforce CRM, digital asset management platform, AI tools, etc)
    • Be Marketing & Communications' representative and liaison in Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to ensure full compliance. 


The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing, web development or related fields
  • Knowledgeable in the technical and content aspect of website management
  • Experience using analytical tools or marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in e-commerce, IT industry has an added advantage
  • Candidates with agency experience are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in content management systems eg. WordPress, HTML, CSS and basic web development principles
  • Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to use Google Analytics to draw and interpret data insights
  • Strong knowledge of SEO & SEM, DAM, CRM; campaign setup, execution, analysis and reporting
  • Ability to interpret requests from internal stakeholders and provide strategic brief and direction to agencies
  • Good project management skills with the ability to management project timelines
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills to interlock with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative with an eye for design and user experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
