Skills for Success

• Min Degree
• Min 8 years of progressive financial planning experience
• Strategic mindset with the ability to see beyond numbers to drive business impact
• Advanced financial modeling expertise and technical proficiency with SAP
• Excellent strategic thinking and financial leadership
• Agency experience is a plus
