Summary:

The incumbent will drive Agile transformation for the organization and support Business Functions in their journey to adopt Agile (Scrum) methodologies as their new way of working by leading, coaching and providing hands-on team guidance to accelerate agile delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Pioneer, evangelize and champion Agile practices and mindset to enable business functions across the organization to reach the next Agile maturity levels
  • Establish an agile practice, performing and building Agile capabilities across the Group
  • Coach and provide support at the team, program and portfolio levels of the organization
  • Work with the business functions to adopt and deliver consistent Agile practice across the organization
  • Serve as a Scrum Master for teams that are starting out with Agile or as a Coach for new team
  • Responsible for assessing, defining, implementing and supporting Agile transformation programs

 

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Min. University degree with at least 2-3 years experience and certified in one or more Agile frameworks/roles; must have prior experience in conducting Agile specific trainings (Agile methodologies, Product Owner trainings etc); candidates who are Design Thinking practitioners and/or Certified Design Thinking Coach
  • Possesses successful track record of delivery using an iterative/agile methodology (e.g. SAFe/LeSS/Scrum) and strong background on Agile tools like Jira 
  • Lead, teach, show, mentor and support people through their own agile journey
  • Good to have: working knowledge in applying design thinking tools to drive actionable insights, experience in managing digital development / experience design projects from inception through to delivery and hands-on experience in transforming a waterfall organization to a hybrid Agile organization
  • Proven experience in managing dependencies with non-agile teams and delivering activity-based classroom training
  • Great communication skills
  • Experienced problem solver
