Senior Manager, Analytics Planning & Projects

As part of Networks, Singtel the sole purpose of this role is to improve and transform business performance through automation methodologies and data analyse. We help develop strategies relating to cost optimization, reengineer process to improve automation potential, Business Integration leveraging on data insight.

Make an Impact by:

• To leverage on raw data from various operational system to build data insight and work as part of a multidisciplinary team (including Business Teams) to develop innovative solutions that help internal and external business users to solve complex business issues.
• Chair the meeting with business users and understand the challenges faced by each business use case and the likelihood of using automation to find feasible solutions for the problems in hand.
• To build data visualizer using MS suite of solution like Power Platform
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365
• To work with internal Network and IT stakeholders to understand and build the next generation Network Inventory system to improve productivity  and automation of the manual processes

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor Degree in Infocom Technology or Computer Science
• 5 years’ experience on managing IT project deployment
• Basics of C# or VB .Net
• REST & SOAP API
• Knowledge of Network Inventory System
• Good Inter-personal Skills
• Attention to details
• Power Platform certified
