Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for brand development and marketing excellence? Singtel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. If you have a proven track record in driving brand leadership, managing creative and media partnerships, and executing impactful marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you!

 

Make an Impact by

  • Brand Development
    • Drive market leadership in brand positioning and communication though annual marketing plans and integrated campaigns
    • Develop and own the Singtel brand guidelines across all touch points, ensuring synergies across multiple brand platforms and mediums
    • Drive emotional brand engagement - looking beyond rational and functional brand attributes.  
    • Achieve brand consistency by collaborating and aligning brand expressions across departments and business units
  • Agency Management
    • Promote integration across the different specialist creative and media agencies that Singtel works with
    • Manage Singtel’s relationship with retained agencies (through Client-Agency performance reviews on a 6-monthly basis). 
    • Track and optimise agency fees and scopes on a monthly basis, and annually during planning season
    • Monitor agency scope reconciliations monthly.
    • Manage monthly agency retainer payment (creative & media).
    • Manage A&P budget
  • Media/Operational Excellence Management
    • Manage negotiations of Master Contracts with strategic media partners (eg. SPH and MediaCorp).
    • Manage overall media spend against Master Contract commitments.
    • Manage brand research surveys and sponsorship audits
    • Organize regular Marketing/Brand workshops to share industry best practices.

 

Skills for Success

  • Min Degree preferably in Marketing and/or Communications
  • Min 8 years’ progressive experience either in an advertising agency or equivalent
  • Competent in brand/communication strategy, research and campaign execution across integrated media
  • Ability to read data and conduct brand tracking of campaigns would be a huge plus
  • Sharp business acumen with excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation/communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills for projects and events 
  • Challenger mindset, dynamic and proactive 
  • Experience in the tech/telecom sector is an advantage
