Senior Customer Resolution Manager (Networks)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Working with multiple tiers for complaint resolutions
  • Daily tracking of complaint and escalated cases
  • Resolving legacy process flow which requires external department support 
  • Managing both internal and external peers requirements
  • Annual Opex and Capex Budgeting 
  • Possessing patience and determination to resolve issues
  • Exhibiting great teamwork and solving skills 

The ideal candidate should have/ be: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Tableau
  • Radio knowledge (3G/4G/5G) is an added advantage    
  • Excellent public speaking, interpersonal and presentation skills    
  • Excellent influencing and analytic skills
