What will you do?

 

  • Lead and mentor the VIP support team to deliver exceptional, discreet, and reliable technical assistance for C-suite executives.
  • Provide hands-on support for laptops, tablets, and mobile devices, ensuring secure and seamless user experiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint issues quickly, minimizing disruption during executive engagements.
  • Manage device provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management for VVIP users.
  • Coordinate with EUC, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Act as a trusted partner for executives, building confidence through consistent, professional, and confidential support.
  • Oversee daily operations of AV and VC systems for both physical and virtual events.
  • Plan and manage schedules for multiple Teams/VC meetings, ensuring timely setup, testing, and smooth execution.
  • Ensure AV systems remain in optimal condition through predictive and preventive maintenance.
  • Supervise defect rectification, maintenance, replacement, and upgrades of AV infrastructure.
  • Provide supplementary coverage for VVIP sessions, including Board and Excom meetings, ensuring reliability and discretion.
  • Manage a combined team of 6 engineers, fostering professional growth and engagement.
  • Act as a liaison between EUC, Workplace Services, IT leadership, and external vendors.
  • Drive process improvements, workflow automation, and documentation standardization.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across both teams.

 

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

 

  • Degree in Information Technology related studies.
  • Proven experience managing IT support teams in large enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supporting VIP/C-suite executives, with emphasis on discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Windows Autopilot, Azure AD, and Group Policy.
  • Hands-on experience with AV/VC technologies (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom, Poly, Cisco, Crestron, etc.).
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior leadership.
  • Strong vendor management and coordination experience.
  • Organized, detailed, proactive, and self-motivated. Independent and strong team player with ability to build rapport and collaborative working relationships with all levels.
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and can communicate well (both written and verbal).
