  • Establish baseline and control project scope from inception to closure. This includes managing the requirements gathering phase, solution design phase and implementation phase with constant alignment with business stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met within the project timeline.
  • Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets in compliance to company methodology and standards.
  • Lead internal and external project team resources by directing their efforts towards on-target delivery. Prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones and mitigate risks. This includes to ensuring that all tasks and deliverables are proceeding according to specifications and schedule.
  • To work closely with Business Users, Cross domain IT team and offshore development team to deliver systems according to specifications in the most cost-effective means.
  • To support user acceptance testing such as problem resolution, tracking, escalation and closure.



  • Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Salesforce Certified Professional
  • 5 - 10 years IT project management experience
  • Minimum 2 year working experience in leading the delivery of CRM solution in the Enterprise as a Project Manager /Business Analyst
  • Project Management skill
  • Good to have professional certifications in CITPM, PMI, PMP or PRINCE2
