As our Enterprise Sales & Go-to-Market (GTM) business continues to evolve in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled landscape, we're looking for a HR Business Partner to help shape the organisation, workforce and leadership capabilities needed to drive business growth.
Partnering closely with senior business leaders, you'll translate business strategy into people and organisational priorities that strengthen leadership, build future-ready capabilities and enable high-performing teams. From workforce transformation and organisation design to talent strategy and regional HR governance, you'll play a key role in ensuring our people and organisation are ready for what's next.

As a trusted partner to senior leaders, you will:
- Partner Enterprise Sales & GTM leaders to shape people and organisational strategies that support commercial growth and long-term business success.
- Lead workforce transformation initiatives, evolving organisational structures, operating models and workforce composition to meet changing business needs and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Drive workforce planning and future skills strategies, identifying critical capability gaps and developing talent plans to build a future-ready workforce.
- Champion AI readiness and skills transformation by partnering leaders to accelerate AI adoption, embed new ways of working, and enable continuous upskilling and reskilling.
- Lead organisation design, talent management, succession planning and performance strategies to strengthen organisational capability and leadership pipelines.
- Leverage workforce analytics and organisational insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that enhance productivity, organisational effectiveness and employee experience.
- Coach and influence senior leaders through organisational change, strengthen leadership capability and foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee regional HR leadership and governance across Singtel Global Office locations, ensuring compliance with local employment legislation, effective risk management while aligning people practices with Group standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR practices by leveraging market insights, people analytics and innovative approaches to enhance organisational capability and employee experience.
What You'll Bring:
- 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a strategic HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders within complex, regional and matrixed organisation.
- IHRP certification.
- Proven experience partnering commercial, sales or go-to-market organisations, with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people and organisational strategies.
- Broad expertise across organisation design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, rewards, employee engagement and diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage workforce analytics and organisational insights to influence decision-making and solve complex business challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and effectively partner senior executives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse stakeholder groups, cultures and geographies.
- Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR governance across multiple jurisdictions.
