We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Leadership and Power Skills programme lead to design and implement impactful leadership and talent development programmes. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to drive initiatives that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results. Key responsibilities:

 

Leadership and Power Skills Development Programme Design:

  • Design and develop comprehensive leadership and talent development programmes that align with Singtel’s strategic goals.
  • Lead the creation of innovative learning experiences to enhance leadership and talent capabilities.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of impactful power skills programmes that foster individual growth and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Proven experience in designing diverse learning programmes, including workshops, masterclasses, coaching, mentoring, and online learning modules, to develop future leaders in leadership and power skills.
  • Stay updated on emerging leadership development trends in the tech sector and translate them into actionable strategies.

 

Programmes Management and Delivery:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of leadership and talent development programmes, ensuring smooth execution and high participant satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage programme budgets, timelines, and resources for end-to-end learning journeys.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, facilitators, and leadership consulting firms, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness using data analysis and feedback mechanisms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

 

Partnership with Talent Management (TM):

  • Partner with the Talent Management team to co-design and develop leadership and talent development programmes aligned with leadership competency models and talent management frameworks.
  • Support the development of high-potential leaders and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the delivery of leadership and talent development programmes, ensuring a consistent and integrated approach that contributes to the company's talent management goals.

 

Building Trusted Partnerships: Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders, HR business partners, the talent management team, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide expert consultation and guidance on leadership and management development matters.
  • Communicate program updates and overall impact assessments/effectiveness to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

 

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • Degree from a recognised university, and IHRP certified.
  • 10-12 years of experience, including 3-5 years in leadership and talent development, with expertise in programme evaluation and bridging skill gaps.
  • Experience as a leadership consultant or in-house leadership development programme lead.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation and business acumen.
  • Proficient in planning, organising and operationalising development strategies.
  • Analytical, resourceful, result-focused, innovative and meticulous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about learning and development with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to engage, influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Empathetic leader with strong influencing skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
