Make an impact by:

• Assist in devising roaming products & services strategies. 
• As a Product Owner to drive roaming products & services development for GC & GE.
• From idea generation, business case formulation and to define product features, break those features into product backlog, engage related stakeholders to facilitate the development of the products. 
• To manage Roaming Business Platform including Roaming Billing System, Welcome SMS Platform, OTA Platform, NRTRDE Platform, Data Clearing Platform and new product platforms.
• To engage with Network, IT and vendors to drive new product development.
• To develop coverage in 5G, VoLTE & LTE roaming.
• To manage 500 roaming partners daily operation.
• Handle and manage outbound and inbound roaming customer complaints.
• Drive to elevate roaming customer experience in product construct, marketing communications, customer journey.

Skills for Success:

• University Degree with EE, Computer Sciences, Business
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Telecommunications
• Telecommunications network knowledge
• Telecommunications Billing knowledge
• Project management knowledge
• Engage internal and external stakeholders
