The Senior / Manager, SG Operations & HR Click will lead, supervise and coach two shared services teams providing daily operations across Singtel and NCS and all other entities in Singapore. The role is to drive efforts to leverage on HRCentra/technology to constantly improve the HR operation function and workflows. 

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for alignment of efficient service delivery of HR operations across Singapore and ensuring compliance to legislation and company’s policies.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the employees data created to support employees’ various life cycles during their tenures with the Company.
  • Support organization re-alignment from time to time by performing batch data upload in HRCentral and preparing mass communication letters.
  • Lead and supervise customer service to all levels of Singtel employees by responding timely via IM or email channels to the enquiries pertaining to HR policies and related processes.  

  • Promptly redirect and communicate enquiries to policies owners where appropriate for follow up actions.

  • Develop and build reference library depository to enable future self-service reference on policies matters. 

  • Implement local legislative and internal policy changes in a timely manner.

  • Provide feedback & recommendations to policy/process owners for continuous improvement.

  • Initiate and lead HR Operations projects such as the e-document UAT and implementation.


The ideal candidate should have/be:


  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field
  • At least 5 years of HR service delivery with supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of Employment Act and Trade Union Act

  • Familiar with key HR practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to connect technical specifications to HR operations priority and deliverables.
  • Ability to identify potential root cause of issues and source for solution.
  • Strong work knowledge in in-house employee data management system.
