Be a Part of Something BIG!

The Senior Manager, Strategic Insights & Transformation is a senior role within Group Procurement, established to strengthen the Corporate Centre’s ability to make better, faster, and more forward-looking business decisions through sharper insights, clearer performance visibility, and stronger analytical rigour.

The role is established to support data-driven decision-making across the Corporate Centre by delivering strategic decision support, transformation performance visibility, and actionable business insights across Group and OpCos. To do so, the incumbent will draw on operational, procurement, and other relevant data sources as needed to frame issues, assess performance, identify opportunities and risks, and support leadership action.

This role will also lead the transformation of procurement analytics from fragmented, reactive reporting into a scalable, intelligent, and insight-led function. Leveraging enterprise data platforms (Databricks/SQL), modern BI tools, and emerging AI/ML techniques, the role will enhance data quality, automate insight generation, and enable predictive and prescriptive analytics across procurement.

As the organisation continues to strengthen its enterprise data and AI foundations, this role will play a key part in shifting analytics toward more pre-emptive and proactive business insight. The role is expected to surface emerging trends, risks, bottlenecks, and value creation opportunities earlier, improve alignment on the interpretation and use of metrics, and translate data into recommendations and interventions that support timely, high-quality decision-making.

Working across stakeholders in Group corporate centre including Procurement, Finance, Technology, as well as OpCos, the role will help strengthen a trusted, scalable foundation for insight-led management and transformation execution across the Corporate Centre and the Group.
