As a Senior Portfolio Analyst, you will join a high-performing team committed to advancing customer identity and access management (CIAM) through insights driven by data. Your responsibilities are vital to our mission of onboarding, identifying, and authenticating customers efficiently, while ensuring secure and reliable identity experiences across diverse brands.

 

Role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.

 

What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of

  • Leading the development and build of data visualization for identity verification and authentication, including Digital ID and Universal Login capabilities.
  • Delivering and automating high-quality dashboards and reports to present information clearly and efficiently.
  • Assisting in the implementation and adoption of new platforms and tools from initial build to production phases.
  • Developing data assets to support reporting and monitoring controls within customer identity processes across all channels and scenarios.
  • Crafting reporting frameworks and solutions to support adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance governance.

  • Proven experience in data visualization, analytics, and reporting solutions.
  • Proven experience in customer ID and authentication
  • Outstanding technical expertise in crafting dashboards, monitoring tools, and data models.
  • Strong ability to translate analytical outcomes into business impacts understandable by non-technical collaborators.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and align data solutions with enterprise reporting strategies.
  • A curious and analytical approach to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.
