The Senior Sales Commission Executive will lead, supervise, guide and motivate a team of junior staff. The major responsibility is to  ensure the day to day operations of sales commission are completed within timeline and commissions are paid in accordance to the commission schemes. 

 

Make an Impact by:

  • To be the SME on sales commission operations and seek clarification from the Sales Teams if details provided is incomplete. 
  • To verify, investigate, analyse root causes and resolve disputes / claims raised by Internal / External sales parties. 
  • To liaise with Sales, Finance, Sales Partners and Other Support Teams in clarifying / processing sales claims. 
  • To ensure proper documentation on all pay out records, master data files, housekeeping of operation processess and perform regular backups
  • To lead in UAT to support new / revised commission schemes or any other changes.
  • To analyse what are the processing gaps required for automation, to work with the supervisor and assist the Commission Team to follow up on end-to-end solution timeline.
  • To collate & analyse any irregularities found in Sales Partners / Salesman commission payment that is not aligned to sales performance or sales trend..
  • Any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by manager.

 

Skills for Success

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or Data Analysis. 
  • Minimum 5 years experience is a supervisory role leading a team. 
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel (Vlookup), Powerpoint with good analytical skills
  • Able to write and communicate clearly in English.
  • Work experience in SystemTesting -  UAT.
  • Good stakeholder management skills
